GHK is supplied as its copper complex (PubChem CID 71587328, C14H23CuN6O4+, 402.92 g/mol); the row above lists the tripeptide record.
Identifiers are the values PubChem lists for the named record, checked September 2026. Where PubChem lists no CAS number, none is shown.
Identity, composition and analytical documentation
Each released lot is tested by an independent laboratory (Horizon Analytical for the current lot). The certificate reports identity by mass spectrometry, purity by UPLC/MS, and net content measured against the labeled amount, for each component of the blend. A separate endotoxin report accompanies the certificate for this lot. The certificate does not include heavy-metal, sterility, residual-solvent or microbial testing. The lot number on the certificate is the lot number on the vial, so a certificate can be matched to the material in hand. Certificates for every lot released on this site remain available on the COA page.
Research overview
Findings below are from the cited laboratory and animal studies; nothing here describes effects in people.
Research Overview
The KLOW Blend is a four-peptide research formulation: Body Protection Compound 157 (10 mg), TB (10 mg), GHK supplied as its copper complex (50 mg) and KPV (10 mg) in one lyophilised vial. It is the GLOW Blend plus KPV. Each component is measured separately on the lot's certificate, so the composition stated here is the composition that was tested.
What each component is
Body Protection Compound 157 is a 15-residue synthetic peptide derived from a gastric-juice protein, studied in cell and animal models for cytoprotective signalling. TB is a 43-residue actin-binding peptide of the thymosin family, studied for its role in actin dynamics and cell migration. GHK is a copper-binding tripeptide studied for copper-dependent gene-expression and extracellular-matrix remodelling. KPV is the C-terminal tripeptide of alpha-melanocyte-stimulating hormone, studied for its interactions with NF-κB signalling and epithelial transport in intestinal models.
Why the four are studied together
The components act through non-overlapping pathways — cytoprotection, actin dynamics, copper-dependent matrix biology and melanocortin-derived inflammatory signalling — and the blend exists so a laboratory can expose one preparation to a model system and compare the result against the single-compound preparations. Findings in the literature are from cell culture and animal studies; nothing here describes effects in people.
Laboratory applications include fibroblast and epithelial culture assays, actin-dynamics and migration assays, NF-κB reporter measurements, concentration-response characterisation of each component, and comparative analyses against the three-component GLOW Blend. The pre-mixed formulation provides consistent ratios between preparations. The KLOW Blend is supplied as lyophilised powder requiring reconstitution with bacteriostatic water. Certificate of Analysis is included for identity and purity verification.

KLOW compared with GLOW
Both blends share three components; KLOW adds KPV. Rows describe composition and documentation, not effects.

Frequently asked questions
- Which lot will I receive, and how do I check it?
- The lot shown on this page (P-2454684) is the one currently shipping; when a new lot is released, this page and the COA page update together. The lot number is printed on the vial label and matches the certificate.
- What does the certificate of analysis cover?
- Identity and purity by UPLC/MS from an independent laboratory (Horizon Analytical), measured net content against the labeled amount, measured content of each component, and appearance, with a separate endotoxin report; both documents are linked above as PDFs. The certificate does not include heavy-metal, sterility, residual-solvent or microbial testing.
- How is a blend documented?
- The certificate reports each component separately: the amount measured against the amount labeled, and the purity of the blend as tested. A single purity figure without the per-component breakdown would not tell you what the vial contains.
- How should the vial be stored on receipt?
- Sealed lyophilised vials are kept cold, dry and away from light; long-term storage is frozen. The handling notes on this page and the storage guide give the laboratory practice in more detail.
- When does an order ship?
- Orders placed before the daily cutoff shown above ship the same business day from Austin, Texas, with tracking. Delivery estimates and the free-shipping threshold are shown in the order summary.
